The Dancing With the Stars drama just got real. Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko weren’t just vibing on the dance floor, they were really getting to know each other behind the scenes… like, trailer-shaking kind of know each other.

Thanks to Brooks’ sister Grace Ann, we now have the inside scoop on what went down when the cameras weren’t rolling, and let’s just say, this wasn’t your average showmance. From flirty rehearsals to real feelings (and a messy breakup), this DWTS tea is piping hot. 

Ann recently appeared on the Chicks in the Office podcast (May 12) to dish on her sister's high-profile relationship with the professional dancer. 

"I think day 1, when my sister met Gleb, we all were like, 'Oh God damn this is going to be a headache and a whirlwind and this might go on for months and months and months," she explained. "Every time I visited Brooks' trailer – the trailer was shaking every single time. I never wanted to go in there. I was always knocking. He was always at our house, it was just a lot. So, i think it was very real," Ann added.

Nader did not deny her sister's statement, but instead, she poked fun at it. 

"The trailer thing was probably why we didn't win," she joked. "But what's a girl to do? I was newly single." 

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model was paired with Savchenko in fall 2024 after her four-year marriage to Billy Haire ended. 

“I said this – you can quote me,” Brooks recalled on the podcast. “‘I want the hottest, douchiest guy.’ I’m newly divorced. I’m in Europe, I’m on a boat. Give me the douchiest, hottest.”

What started as a bit turned into a ballroom love story. “Day one when I met him, I was like, ‘Oh, this is perfect. This isn’t going to go anywhere serious,’” Brooks said. “Day two, I was in love, and it wasn't a bit anymore, and I was actually really really into him."

Brooks' sister confirmed what many DWTS fans suspected: the chemistry wasn’t just for the cameras. In fact, Savchenko wasn’t shy about the attraction either.

"We have a good energy. Like, I think we got good vibes. I mean, it's nice to be in the room for five hours a day with someone that you get along with," he previously told US Weekly. "And also, you know, looking like that. She's hot."

While the pair continued dating after their elimination, things rumbah-ed to a stop in April 2025. He said he was blindsided by the breakup. 

"I was surprised to learn through an article published today...that Brooks has ended our relationsho," he told the outlet. "The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied." 

Out of the 46 couples who sparked romance on DWTS, 12 have confirmed real-life relationships, and 4 ended in marriage (including Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson).
