Alex Fine Allowed to Support Cassie 

According to NBC News, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that Ventura’s husband, Alex Fine, could be present during her time on the stand. However, he is excepted to leave the courtroom when the testimony about a 2018 alleged rape is discussed, due to the possibility that Fine may be called as a witness himself.
